ParkSphere is a product of Smart Path IT Ltd — a UK-based outsourced IT and software engineering team. We don't resell someone else's platform; we built ParkSphere from the ground up and we keep it running ourselves.

Why we built ParkSphere

UK holiday and caravan parks are usually offered one of two things: a tired legacy PMS that costs thousands per month, or a stack of point tools (a booking engine here, a spreadsheet there, WhatsApp groups for maintenance) that nobody owns end-to-end.

Smaller and mid-size parks lose because of it. Their guest experience suffers, their staff burn out on admin, and their owners get paper statements months late. ParkSphere exists to give those parks the same modern operating system the largest groups have — without the seven-figure rollout.

How we're different

• One team builds and supports it. No agency-to-MSP handoff, no outsourced support desk in another timezone. The same people who shipped a feature answer the support ticket about it.
• UK-first. Hosted in UK regions, UK GDPR aligned, designed around the OTA, payment and accountancy ecosystem UK parks actually rely on.
• Mobile-first. Designed for guests on phones and staff on the move, not desktop-only office tools rebadged for park admin.
• Honest pricing. Monthly base fee per site plus optional add-ons. No booking commission, no revenue share, no contract lock-in.
