No. ParkSphere is a flat-fee platform. You pay a monthly base fee per site, plus any optional add-ons you choose. We never take a percentage of guest revenue.
The base fee includes the core platform features listed for each tier, onboarding and standard support. Add-on modules are priced per site and shown transparently on this page.
Pilot partners pay no setup fee. Standard onboarding includes data migration from your current system, pitch layout digitisation, channel manager setup and staff training.
Plans are monthly with no long-term contract. You can export all your data at any time via the API or a one-click export. We do not lock customer data behind paywalls.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be charged 20% VAT on top of the listed prices.
